ON ANTI-CD3 STAINED WHOLE-SLIDE-IMAGES

We explore parametric solutions to segment blood vessels on anti-CD3 stained Whole-Slide-Images (WSI).

ABSTRACT

In the context of brain tumor analysis with scarce anti-CD3 stained images, we propose a first parametric method to segment blood vessels on such WSI. We show that there is some potential, but that morphological operators alone are insufficient to overcome the high variability in blood vessel attributes.
